Nancy Coriolan was born to Jean Claude "Toto" Raphael and Marie Edith Dominique on September 15th, 1987, in Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti. At the tender age of three she lost her dad and was taken in by her surrogate Father, Gilbert Picard. She migrated to the United States in 2009; where she lived with her eldest sister, Gilberte Delva. During her time with her sister in New Jersey, she was an active youth member at the Haitian Baptist Church of Willingboro.

Once in the United States, she attended Rowan College and obtained an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. she continued her education at New Jersey College where she obtained her Nursing Degree. Soon after, she met her soon-to-be husband, Olden Coriolan while attending a youth event at Gospel Crusade Church. They were instantly wed on August 22, 2014, at the Haitian Baptist Church of Willingboro.

During their marriage, they were blessed with two beautiful children, Olissah (6) and Jeremiah Coriolan (1). One of her crowning achievements was during the massive earthquake in Haiti in 2010; she and Ketly Loiseau went to Haiti to see the devastation and created an outreach service to serve the needs of the displaced. In August 2021; she created an organization called Mercy Foundation that would continue to serve the community and reach out to those in need. The foundation continues today to serve the community.
Nancy loved to travel and host events. She was known as a superb decorator of weddings, birthdays, and any special occasion. She was nicknamed 'Design' as she always had a unique style to herself. In anything she pursued, she gave it her all, leaving nothing on the table. She truly was an inspiration to those around her. Nancy Coriolan's light was extinguished on February 12, 2022 in her loss to a long battle with cancer.
She leaves behind her husband, Olden Coriolan, two children, Olissah (6) and Jeremiah (1), sister Gilberte Delva and husband Harry Delva, and their children; Gilharia, Genesa, Hannah, Destiny, and Nathan.
